RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at riverajarleene@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request is approved, JR ACTIVEWEAR will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags or packaging.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation and return rights under applicable law.
